The Learning and Development department provides for four different components of training and education comprising:
Technical Courses – training based on job skills. Includes short courses, seminars, workshops and conferences.
Generic training – courses that are relevant to job functions including for example Business
Presentations, Report Writing, New Manager skills, MS Office, Finance for Non-financial Managers etc.
Leadership Development – training primarily aimed at Middle and Senior managers
Education – attainment of additional formal educational qualification for example
Certificate/Diploma/Degree where study assistance is provided
Pikitup Internship programme – get hands on experience to complement your studies. We have exciting opportunities for potential interns with diplomas and degrees in the fields of, but not limited to, Finance, Environmental sciences and Engineering, Human Resource management, Communication, Information Technology, Auditing.
