Composting The Panorama composting plant situated in Jim Fouche Road, Panorama, was originally established in 1994. The plant is fully operational, the compost has been registered with the Department of Agriculture as a Group 2 Fertilizer in terms of the Fertilizers Act No 36 of 1947. The site is operational on: Weekdays: Monday to Friday 08h00 to 16h00 Week-ends Saturday and Sunday 08h00 - 13h00.
