National Treasury has introduced a single comprehensive and compliant Central Supplier Database (CSD) for suppliers in all spheres of Government.  Pikitup will be implementing this system from 01 July 2016.

Pikitup Johannesburg SOC requests current and prospective suppliers to register on the Central Supplier Database in order to avoid interruptions on the payment process for services rendered.

To access CSD website:  www.csd.gov.za

Special requirements for municipal entity suppliers:

  • Print CSD profile and submit to Pikitup
  • A copy of your municipal statement not older than 3 months OR a valid lease agreement accompanied by a letter from the landlord confirming that the rent is up to date
  • Original cancelled company cheque and Pikitup banking form confirmed by the bank
  • Company profile and relevant industry accreditation as prescribed

Please deliver the above-mentioned documents to Pikitup Head Office, 66 Jorissen Place, Jorissen Street, Ground Floor Braamfontein.

Registration forms and or supporting documentation will not be accepted via fax, e-mail or any other electronic format.

For further enquiries, kindly contact Thabsile Mthembu via e-mail at thabsilemthembu@pikitup.co.za

Please note that for day to day maintenance and construction, suppliers are encouraged to register with CIDB to achieve grading.
